The XPN Music Film Festival is produced by Philadelphia Film Society, and sponsored by the Annenberg Center for the Performing Arts and the University of Pennsylvania, the Wyncote Foundation and Philadelphia Weekly. The festival will take place at the Annenberg Center and other theater locations throughout Philadelphia.
